Dispatch Board LIVE

What first: closest to breaching the SLA, then priority, then how long it has waited.
How long: the job's estimate, else real hours on past jobs at the site, else the estimator.
Who: who has worked at this site before, for this customer, and on similar work for other customers — within the branch, around leave, free hours and licences.
Notes: "2 techs" books a crew; after-hours work is left for you; inductions, access and height are flagged.
Bundles: jobs at the same site go to one person back to back; each person's day stays in one area, with 30 min travel between sites.
Lunch: a job running over lunchtime finishes that much later; the next job starts after the break.
